Processing capacity: 30,000 tons per day

Project Overview: The project was established in April 2013, covering an area of about 76 mu. The first phase of the project was put into operation in May 2014, and the second phase (stage one) project (expansion of 15,000 tons/day) was put into operation in January 2022. The total designed treatment capacity currently in operation is 30,000 tons/day. The sewage treatment adopts the improved C-AAO combined biochemical pool + magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank + continuous sand filtration process, and the sludge treatment adopts the sludge conditioning tank with plate and frame filter press for dehydration, and the effluent is directly discharged into the Xinhe River.

Processing capacity: 15,000 tons per day

Project Overview: The project passed the completion acceptance on December 26, 2022, with a total design processing capacity of 60,000 tons/day. The current implementation scale of the first phase is 15,000 tons/day, and the total land area of the first phase is about 39 acres. The sewage treatment process is mainly pretreatment + combined biochemical pool (C-AA/0) + deep treatment process, and the sludge treatment adopts sludge conditioning pool + plate and frame filter press dehydration process. The tail water that meets the treatment standards is discharged into Ruyi Ditch and finally merged into Beituo River.

Processing capacity: 15,000 tons per day

Project Overview: This project was put into operation in October 2020, and the plant covers an area of 70 mu. The first phase of the designed sewage treatment scale is 15,000 tons/day, mainly using the regulating tank (accident tank) + Fenton oxidation pretreatment + coagulation sedimentation tank + anaerobic hydrolysis tank + AO (PACT) tank + secondary sedimentation tank + high-density sedimentation tank + ozone catalytic oxidation tank + aerated biological filter + filter cloth filter + contact disinfection tank treatment process, and the effluent is directly discharged into the Yangtze River.
